Joining Betshezi
Register at Betshezi in a few minutes with your mobile number and details. You must be 18 or older. After registering, complete FICA by uploading your ID and proof of address in your account.
Where support lives
Once you’re registered, help with FICA, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses and account settings, including limits and self-exclusion, is available when you’re signed in on betshezi.com. We don’t offer phone or WhatsApp support.
Stay safe
Betshezi staff will never ask for your password or OTP, or ask you to pay into a personal bank account. Have your username ready (never your password) when you contact support.
Complaints
If you’re unhappy with how a query was handled, ask Betshezi support to escalate it. Look for the padlock in your browser bar and make sure the address is betshezi.com before you log in. Use a strong password that you don’t use anywhere else. Never share an OTP. Betshezi staff will never ask for it. If you receive a message claiming to be from us that asks for money or login details, report it to support on betshezi.com and delete it.
Deposit in ZAR
Deposit in ZAR: Your Betshezi account runs in South African rand. The cashier lists the local deposit methods available to your account, including bank and card options and vouchers, with each method’s minimums and processing times. Withdrawals go back to a verified method in your name once FICA is complete. Payments run through secure, encrypted payment partners. If a deposit doesn’t show, send the time, amount and method to support from your account and the team will trace it.
