• This offer only applies to newly registered players. This is a one-time only bonus. New players should navigate to the gift box section at the top of the website and claim the bonus at a time after registration that they wish to complete these bonus requirements.
• If a bonus is not claimed or cancelled by the player, the player forfeits the bonus. The bonus money has a 14-day expiry date from the date the player claims the bonus. Betshezi has the discretion to manually apply the bonus in case of an unforeseen error of any sort.
• The bonus offer is a 100% deposit match, up to R2000. If you claim your bonus the deposit, you make thereafter up to R2000 will be matched in your bonus wallet with an equal amount. The minimum deposit to qualify is R10. The bonus has a wagering turnover requirement of (SIX) times.
• The amount deposited and the bonus credited must be turned over (staked) once at odds of 5/10 (0.5 decimal) or above.
• A positive real money balance is required to use bonus money. If the odds of your bet are lower than 1.9 per bet, the real money balance will be used. Cash-out options do not apply to bonus money bets.
• If it is found that bonus money is used to ensure or cover more than one outcome on a single event be that (2) or (3) ways the entire bonus and deposit money will be forfeited, not only for the bet in question. Further the account of that player will be blocked, and the player will be banned from the site..
• When you have met the bonus requirements the maximum bonus win amount which will not be greater than R5000 will be transferred to your real money account. If the amount is greater than the maximum win amount the rest of the winnings will be forfeited and removed from your account. At this stage, you will be able to make a withdrawal request of a minimum of R100.
• First time withdrawals for players who have completed the bonus requirements will only be done via verified bank account transfer. No Vouchers will be used.
• Betshezi will verify all customer details to confirm winnings redemption.
• Self-excluded players are not permitted to participate in any Betshezi promotional offers.
• Betshezi reserves the right to amend, cancel, reclaim, or refuse any bonus and promotion at its own discretion at any time, for any reason, without previous notification. Bonuses will be forfeited if upon investigation, it is found by Betshezi that there is an abuse of bonuses/promotions.
• No withdrawal will be allowed without a valid deposit. All Accounts must be FICA approved to withdraw any winnings.
• On withdrawal request, should it be found that incorrect, irregular, or fraudulent information was used to create an Betshezi account, all history of play and winnings generated from that account will be voided, and the account closed. Betshezi can also report such activity to the relevant legal authorities for further action.
• This promotion is valid from 1^st November 2022.
• If a dispute arises between the Customer and Betshezi in relation to the liability of Betshezi to pay alleged winnings to the Customer, and that dispute cannot be resolved between the parties, the dispute may be referred to the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board (“the Board”) for resolution.
• Betshezi is regulated by the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board who will be notified before any changes are made to these terms and conditions. Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board will be notified of any unsettle or unsolved disputes. Any complaints or disputes can be lodged with the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board.
• The bonus is offered for entertainment and relaxation purposes and will be applied to newly registered players only as described in point 1. One bonus per account only i.e., Address, email, phone number, family, or home. Any player profile deemed for purposes, other than entertainment and relaxation, to abuse the bonus structure in any way will be voided and the account will be suspended.
• The offer is available to all Betshezi players.
• Betshezi reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel this campaign at any time.
• All players participating in this promotion confirm that they have read and accepted the terms and conditions.
• In case of any fraud suspicion, Betshezi reserve the right to prohibit players from participating in the given offer at any moment.
• Betshezi reserves the right to void any winnings if it is discovered that the player has used a special program designed to defraud company or has come to an agreement with another player/players.
